Credit scores are extremely important, all lenders look at your score, if your middle credit score from all 3 bureaus is in the 400s, we will definitely need to work on the credit, if your credit score is in the 500s you could possibly get a loan with 5-10% down, if you are in the 600s or 700s you may qualify for a ZERO down program and the best rates available.

Once you get your credit report you will want to get out your highlighter or pen, and identify any issues that may need to be disputed, or are reporting even the slightest incorrectness.
We need to dispute these items ASAP, and often times the credit will show a balance on a debt that may have been paid off years ago, this would need to be disputed as well.
